Exciting Temporary to Permanent opportunities available!!!!

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who provide a range of support services to homeless adults and require suitably experienced staff to support them as their provision grows.

Due to the development of new services, we require highly competent Project Workers to work on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential for the right candidates to take on permanent contracts. Opportunities are available on a full time basis on night shifts or day shifts, there is also the opportunity for ad hoc/ sessional work. Vacancies are available in the organisation's 24 hour accommodation service, and community service.

Our client provides support to homeless individuals who may present with complex and multiple issues including substance use, offending, trauma, abuse, mental health.

Successful candidates will be experienced in the support of this client group, with a thorough understanding of the issues faced by the homeless community; the ability to engage, support effectively and manage crisis; experience of keyworking, accurate documentation and record keeping; an understanding of multi agency work and experience of working as part of a multi disciplinary team; a commitment to safeguarding and providing quality support services; a resilient, professional and confident character with firm professional boundaries.

Work is available on an ongoing basis, with the potential for permanent contracts.

Night shifts 3 on 3 off rota 8pm - 8am

Day Shifts On a rota basis across 7 days

Community Role Monday - Friday 9-5

Salary Range £18500 - £20150
