We can offer you work on an 'as and when you're available' basis, but also have opportunities for candidates to work on a full time 37 hours p/w contract with potential to go permanent. We can offer day and night shifts.

We are supporting a well established provider of residential support to adults who have a range of learning and physical disabilities. We require dedicated and experienced candidates to support this service to offer person centred, quality support; a flexible and professional approach to work; a commitment to meeting the needs of, and safeguarding those you support.

Duties will involve supporting adults with a variety of needs, to live full and enjoyable lives; to provide and support with a range of activities to stimulate, motivate and encourage independence; to assist with daily living skills such as personal hygiene, meal times, domestic chores etc; to build rapport with residents and deliver quality support to meet their individual needs.

Due to the nature of this work, we require candidates who are experienced in a similar role; who have a good understanding of the needs of adults with learning and/ or physical disabilities; who can physically manage the demands of this work.

To work in CQC regulated services, candidates must hold all relevant mandatory training - we can support with this.

Practical Training in Moving and Handling and Medication is beneficial.
