Job Description

  • Ensure that all policies and procedures within the function are adhered to in accordance with regulations.
  • Maintain positive and effective liaison links with organisations and partners as appropriate.
  • Support the preparation and production of a variety of quality information for inclusion in management and departmental reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and to ensure data security is maintained
  • Identify and recommend areas of potential improvement.
  • Represent the function at internal and external meetings and events and take minutes when required
  • Support the activities of the function and diary management for line management where required.
  • Support colleagues with their work as required.
  • Attend internal and external training courses as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with current Data Protection Legislation.
  • Assist with the production of comprehensive tables, charts, maps and documents as required
  • Formulate and prepare data and information for analysis.
  • Provide advice, guidance, support to all stakeholders on the effective use of data and information systems
  • Undertake a variety of administrative tasks and ensure the correct collation, input and transfer of data, by undertaking quality assurance on all sources of data for internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Support particular research projects with regard to data and information, as required
