Job Description

· Ability to minute and record Conferences and Reviews as and when required

· Assist with data entry onto systems/ processes to ensure that all meetings take place within timescales

· Ability to provide a high-quality word-processing

· Input and extraction of information from a computerised client information database.

· Ability to provide, administrative tasks as directed.

· Ability to communicate effectively

· Ability to interact with colleagues

· Good organisational / communication / interpersonal skills

· To undertake relevant training to the job.

· To ensure the health, safety and welfare of employees and the public by complying with the appropriate health and safety policies
