Samantha Simpson

Samantha started working in healthcare in 2017 while she was raising her family. When her youngest daughter started full time school, Sam took on a new opportunity as a Care Support Worker. Part of this role involved recruiting staff and it was here that Sam first discovered her passion for recruitment. Having found what really made her tick, Sam moved into a Recruitment Consultant role working for a Health and Social Care Recruitment Agency.

Samantha joined Nineteen in Autumn 2022, bringing her unique blend of experience, knowledge, and expertise with her. Her honest and ethical approach to recruitment aligns perfectly with Nineteen's core values so it's a bit of a match made in heaven!
