Nineteen Recruitment was established by Company Director, Louise Burns, who, as an ex Teacher herself, had personally experienced what it was like to be both a client and a candidate working with a recruitment company.

Having felt that both candidates and clients deserved better than what the recruitment industry was offering at that time, she created a ‘straight-up’ recruitment company that paired ethical core values with professionalism, value for money and efficiency.
