Francesca has worked in recruitment since 2020. Her first role was working for a recruitment agency where she gained experience of filling high volume temporary roles for clients across the public sector. Francesca is a natural in recruitment; her warm and friendly approach on the telephone makes her popular with both candidates and clients alike. She is excellent at resourcing and is able to identify the strongest candidates on the market, and work quickly but effectively to get them registered and proposed to clients for work.
