Louise Burns

Following a number of years working in social work and teaching, Louise decided to use her experience of working with recruitment agencies and agency staff to delve into the recruitment industry and establish a recruitment company with ethics at its core. Due to Louise's experience across education, social care, and the public sector, it made sense to her to set up a recruitment agency that specialised in these sectors. Acutely aware of the negative reputation that the recruitment industry usually has, Louise made it her mission to establish an agency that challenged that negative reputation by providing an honest, transparent, and ethical service.

Almost ten years on, these values remain at the forefront of everything that Nineteen Recruitment does. Under Louise's leadership, the team strive to constantly improve standards in recruitment by delivering a high quality service to candidates and clients alike, that is honest, ethical, and transparent.
